 We used the Stanislawski Theatre method as a tool for personal self-development.
The workshops were divided into four parts - voice, body, imagination and character bulding . The participants learned about the method - generally: where it comes from, what is its origin, how to use this method actors operating in Eastern Europe, and how the method can be used in everyday life. On the first day there were activities to build the group.

VOICE. On the second day participants trained their voice and consciousness: breathing exercises, to stimulate the diaphragm, imitative exercises sound transmission, use voice to animation - pretending to be animals, machines, etc. Participants acquired basic knowledge and the ability to operate a voice in a conscious way.
BODY. Participants performed exercises connected with the body: pretending machines, animals, abstract symbols, animals, etc. Later, practiced body language: the signals associated with the body and what is the social acting. Participants while building fundamental  theatrical shorts, only used the body as a source of information, adding the elements of voice or sound.
IMAGINATION. Participants used the imagination which is an essential element in the method. The exercises were to pretend animals, machinery, abstract elements and symbols. The result of the exercise was the exploration and inspiration of participants, which gave everyone the feeling of being a conscious creator or artist.
ROLE BUILDING. Participants tried the three elements - voice, body, imagination combined with the help of short dramas. Participants were imposed as the characters and conflicts. In this way we built various types of etiuds and we used different conventions actors, different types of acting. Participants also learned about the principle of the internal monologue and emotional memory. Conclusion of the participants was to raise awareness of the importance of the method are the details of how I am able to control the body, voice, etc.
PRESENTATION The participants showed the results of the week of training. They built a scenario consisting of 4 parts, voice, body, imagination, feelings. The etudes were built in the respective roles of the participants with particular emphasis on the subject etudes.
